Undisputed facts persuade LIRC that the Complainant knowingly and willingly waived his rights to bring a complaint of employment discrimination against his employer. The Complainant’s lack of knowledge that his employer had made certain changes in his personnel record did not make the waiver not “knowing.” Alternatively, dismissal was also required here because the Complainant did not tender back the payment he received in exchange for his waiver.
