122.3 Other affirmative defenses

A licensing committee’s denial of a bartender’s license did not violate the Act where the applicant’s convictions for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, for resisting and obstructing an officer, and for vandalism and disorderly conduct are substantially related to the circumstances of bartending and to the statutory requirement of good moral character.
