For a New Claim or to Reopen an Existing Claim

  1. Go to my.unemployment.wisconsin.gov
  2. Read and accept Terms and Conditions
  3. Create a username and password
  4. Logon to access online benefit services
  5. Complete your application

Online services are available at the following times to apply for benefits:

Sunday 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Monday – Friday 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM

File Your Weekly Claim

  2. Logon to access online benefit services
  3. File your weekly claim

Monday – Friday Available 24 Hours
Saturday Midnight - 3:00 PM

  2. Logon to view and manage your claim information online:

  • If your last name begins with letter A to M please call

    Monday – Friday     6:15 AM – Noon or
    Saturday     7:00 AM – 1:30 PM

  • If your last name begins with letter N to Z please call

    Monday – Friday    Noon – 5:30 PM or
    Saturday     7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
