DWD's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation continues to serve consumers, businesses, and partners by phone, email, and virtual meetings during business hours. In-person meetings are offered by appointment only when consumers cannot be served by phone or email. Information on DVR office locations and the phone numbers to reach staff from each office can be found on DVR's Office Locations page.
Current DVR consumers are encouraged to contact their assigned DVR staff person directly by phone or email, or call their local DVR office main phone line with any questions or concerns. Members of the public who are seeking disability employment resources or are interested in applying for DVR services can find the online referral form and other resources on the DVR website.
DVR staff are available by phone to answer questions and provide technical assistance, and can be reached by contacting one of DVR's local offices or the DVR Administrative Office at 800-442-3477.
Individuals who require an in-person meeting must make an appointment with DVR. For meetings at DVR offices, DVR staff will meet guests at the building entrance for scheduled meetings. Staff members will always maintain six feet of distance, and the meeting space will be disinfected before each appointment. All meeting attendees will be required to wear a mask. DVR staff are also available to meet individuals outside of the DVR offices, such as schools, libraries, and other meeting locations open to the public and maintaining social distancing requirements.

In response to COVID-19, DVR has temporarily closed all statewide DVR offices to the public, however, DVR staff will continue to provide services by phone and email as well as hold virtual meetings during business hours. In-person meetings are offered by appointment only when consumers cannot be served by phone or virtually.
Please contact your assigned DVR staff person directly by phone or email, or you can call your local DVR office main phone line to discuss options to reschedule or conduct your meeting over the phone, using a virtual meeting service, or, if necessary, in-person.
