DVR Business Services Consultants (BSC)

DVR's Business Services Consultants (BSC) are ready to support your business's workforce strategy. By partnering with BSCs, Wisconsin employers can create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive business culture. Whether you are striving to attract, hire, or retain your workforce, BSCs will listen and learn about your company and its unique needs to help develop a customized service plan that meets those needs.

The types of services and supports DVR BSCs can offer your company include:

  • Assistance finding the workforce you need to operate your business.
  • Providing information about financial incentives your company may be eligible for when hiring and/or training individuals with disabilities or other targeted populations.
  • Connecting you to additional community and workforce partners who can address various workforce needs.
