To inform Insurers, Self-Insured Employers, and Claims Handling Offices of changes to the Worker's Compensation Division's Insurers' Pending Reports
The current version of the Worker's Compensation Division's Insurers' Pending Reports is undergoing a major revision that will both modernize and streamline its look and feel as well as introduce some enhanced functionality. New features include:
As existing users of the current Insurers' Pending Reports, assignment to your insurer or claim handling business(s) will be retained, however new accounts in the MyWisconsin ID environment will have to be created based on your business email. Please note that users of the Worker's Compensation Division's Claims Handling Performance Reports, Surcharge Reports, and Administrative Assessment Reports will continue to access those reports with their WIEXT credentials until the time access to those reports is transferred over to the MyWisconsin ID infrastructure.
Be on the lookout for future communications regarding this new phase in the Insurers' Pending Reports. Communications will be sent via email to system users with further instructions. Security Administrators received earlier communication to verify their company access and to coordinate with users to verify their email addresses in the current system.
