Subject: Agency Website Updates

The Department of Workforce Development (DWD) earlier this year redesigned its public website athttps://dwd.wisconsin.gov/ to provide a more modern look and feel, make it easier to find content, and respond to customer trends toward increased mobile device usage.

This fall, the agency's website, including the Division of Worker's Compensation (WC) public website at https://dwd.wisconsin.gov/wc/, is expected to undergo additional updates. A majority of the out-facing content on the WC public website is not changing.

As part of the updates, DWD is making information and files easier for new users to access by updating web addresses that have more clearly identifiable symbols, e.g., hyphens. These changes are set to take effect on or around November 5-6, 2020. Consequently, previously bookmarked links to external web pages including WC web pages containing links to WC applications, e.g., Pending Reports, may no longer work.

After the changes take effect, we invite you to look through the updated website and find previously bookmarked content by navigating through the links or by using the site's keyword search. Once you find the content you're seeking, simply re-bookmark the new link for your next visit to the website.
