Under the current security system for accessing WC protected Internet applications there are two groups: Security Administrators and Report Users. The Security Administrator group includes a Security Administrator for each company, who is responsible for granting and revoking access to WC protected Internet applications. The Report User group includes the employees who normally process the claims or who deal with the annual Assessment.
Each individual has his or her own unique Logon ID and password. When an employee leaves the company the Security Administrator can revoke that employee's access.
