Access to the Claim Handling Performance Reports and Annual Surcharge Data is restricted by a Logon ID/User name and password.
The following instructions will work for Windows 7 and prior versions (e.g. 95/98/NT) and we have instructions for Internet Explorer 11, Mozilla Firefox 83.0.2 (32 bit) and Google Chrome 58.0.3029.110 (54 bit). Depending on your browser and browser version, the steps may differ. The report data is in fixed width format, and can be imported into a spreadsheet and sorted.
After selecting the appropriate insurer, choosing the applicable performance report/quarter, and clicking the Show Report button OR selecting the appropriate insurer, highlighting the Annual Surcharges field, and clicking the Show Report button you will be taken to the Claim Details List screen. A pop-up will appear at the bottom of the screen asking if you want to open or save the file. Click the down arrow next to the Save button, highlight and click Save As. You will receive a Save As pop-up. In the pop-up pick the location to which you want the file saved, rename the file (if you like) in the File Name field, and choose Text File in the Save As Type field if Text File does not prefill. Click the Save button. Open your spreadsheet application, for example Excel 2010, click File then click Open, navigate to the location where you saved the text file, choose All Files (*.*) in the field above the Open and Cancel buttons, locate the text file and either double click on it or highlight it, and click Open. A Text Import Wizard will now open-up. In the Text Import Wizard ensure that Fixed Width is selected. Click Next and ensure that the break lines are between the columns of data elements. If they are not then follow the instructions in the Wizard for creating, moving, and deleting break lines. Click Next then Click Finish. The text file will open-up in your spreadsheet application, and the data can now be sorted.

Click on the Downloads arrow on the Firefox task bar, click on the file just downloaded and a pop-up window will appear.
