Equal Rights Education and Outreach

The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development's Equal Rights Division (ERD) strives to make Wisconsin a better place to live and work by protecting the rights of workers and job seekers and engaging with employers to achieve compliance with the laws we administer. We educate workers and employers alike on their rights and responsibilities in the workforce.
