Who May File a Wage Claim

You have the right to file a wage claim with the us if you have a dispute with your employer over the amount of wages owed, or if your employer fails to pay your wages as agreed upon for the time worked.

If your employer refuses to pay wages earned on the regular established payday, you should request payment. If you do not receive the payment after six days, you may file a claim with us. Wage claims must be filed within two years after the date wages were due. File a wage claim online / paper.
