Every employer, employment agency, labor organization and licensing agency subject to the act shall post in a conspicuous place upon its premises, a poster prepared and made available by the department, relating to the provisions of the act and this chapter.

All employers that fall under the NLRB’s jurisdiction, other than the U.S. Postal Service. This excludes agricultural employers and government entities. | The NLRB may extend the 6-month statute of limitations
for filing a charge involving other unfair labor practice allegations
