This program prepares you to supervise primary business-related tasks including scheduling appointments, registering patients, answering telephones, medical billing and completing insurance claims, preparing business correspondence, transcribing dictation, and maintaining medical records. This program is the parent program of a pathway. It has an Embedded Technical Diploma called Health Office Professional. There is also a Pathway Certificate within the pathway called Health Office Assistant.
