Business analysis is defined as the practice of enabling change in an organizational context by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. The Business Requirements Specialist (BRS) helps a business meet its goals and objectives, understands how work is being conducted, and through analysis, determines solutions to the issues. The BRS will work with stakeholders to conduct a feasibility study, focusing on requirements gathering and preparing a business case to justify change. 100% refund, if application for refund is made by the student prior to the first scheduled meeting of the course and the student does not add another course. 80% refund for a course is made before or at the time 10% of the course's total hours of instruction have been completed. 60% refund for a course is made after 10% but before more than 20% of the course's potential hours of instruction have been completed. MAKING SENSE OF THE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES:

"Average quarterly wages" means the total wages earned in a three-month period by all students who completed the program ("completers"), divided by the total number of completers.

"Median quarterly wages" means all the completers' quarterly wages are placed in order from lowest to highest and then we identify the student's wages in the middle. This information is provided because averages can be greatly influenced by really high and low wage earners.

To estimate monthly wages, divide the quarterly wages by three.
