Fox Valley Technical College
The Project Specialist technical diploma will prepare you to take on entry-level positions in the project management field. You ll get an opportunity to work through the entire project life cycle with a solid understanding of both waterfall and agile approaches to project management. The coursework in this program aligns with the Project Management Institute's body of knowledge and can be used to prepare for industry certification. All courses directly transfer to the Business Analyst associate degree.

An academic skills assessment is required for admission into this program or the following: High School GPA of 2.75 or higher (last 10 years) OR provide completion of associate’s or higher degree OR; 165 or higher on your 2014 series GED tests OR; ACT OR SAT OR Accuplacer OR Companion OR Compass (last 3 years) to waive to the general education level; The cost of the Accuplacer assessment is $15; Catalog #: 94100100; Learn more at www.fvtc.edu/Assessment.
A program that requires its students to demonstrate they have successfully acquired a set of skills or knowledge base prior to completing the program. Compare to a "time-based" training program that results in successful completion if the students participate in a certain number of instructional hours.

FVTC Teaching & Learning Center - tutoring is available for Math, Accounting, Science, Reading and study skills, writing and study groups
