Lean Six Sigma Green & Black Belt w/Project Coach

Green Belt training will allow you to deliver measurable, sustainable improvement by finding the root causes of problems and streamlining processes. In Black Belt training, you will further develop your process improvement, project management, and leadership skills using clear language and plenty of practical examples. You will also receive 1-on-1 Project Coaching with a Master Black Belt, which will help ensure that your project is completed properly and efficiently. Fees for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt Certification exams are included. You will learn what Lean Six Sigma is, where it came from, and why organizations benefit from it. Additionally, the course covers: the 8 Wastes, finding and selecting a Lean Six Sigma project, applying the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methods, using facilitation skills that improve leadership capabilities, and learning to coach Lean Six Sigma practitioners through each Phase of DMAIC. PLEASE NOTE:

MAKING SENSE OF THE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES:

"Average quarterly wages" means the total wages earned in a three-month period by all students who completed the program ("completers"), divided by the total number of completers.

"Median quarterly wages" means all the completers' quarterly wages are placed in order from lowest to highest and then we identify the student's wages in the middle. This information is provided because averages can be greatly influenced by really high and low wage earners.

To estimate monthly wages, divide the quarterly wages by three.
