EMPLOYER WAGE REPORTING

Wage reports may be submitted using the following methods:

PAPER FORMS

As of 3rd quarter 2008, employers with 25 or more employees in a quarter are required to file their Quarterly Wage Report on magnetic or electronic media.

Filing reports using electronic or magnetic media is easier, more accurate, and more efficient. We currently accept THREE DATA FORMATS FOR ELECTRONIC AND MAGNETIC WAGE REPORTS. We encourage all employers and employer agents to report wage data via automated methods.

The wage detail is required in addition to the Quarterly Contribution Tax Report. You are required to file the wage and contribution reports even though you may be unable to make the required contribution payment.
