Re-employment Services

Description: Provides funding for State Unemployment Insurance and Employment Service Operations for grants to states under the Wagner-Peyser Act. A a portion of the funding is to be used by states for reemployment services for unemployment insurance claimants, including the Integrated Employment Service and Unemployment Insurance information technology required to identify and serve the needs of Unemployment Insurance claimants.

Funding Mechanism: Funds distributed through existing Wagner-Peyser formula grant process, in accordance with section 6 of the Wagner-Peyser Act. State Workforce Agencies are eligible applicants.
