First choose the survey mailing year you would like to view.
     Survey Mailing Year:  
If you want to choose a specific employer name, fill in the appropriate box. If you are looking for ABC Trucking Corp, as an example, you can also enter the word "trucking" and you will get all companies with the word "trucking" included in the company name.
     Employer Name:  
If you want to see a list of employers from a specific county, choose the "county". If you choose "ALL" counties, you must narrow down the employer choices by typing in at least one letter in the "employer name" box.
