Request for Proposal: Opportunity to conduct an oral health study for the Wisconsin Dept. of Health Services
October 28, 2009
Dear Organizations Interested in Conducting an Oral Health Education Feasibility Study.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services has posted a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an oral health education feasibility study. The purpose of this project is to fulfill the requirements of 2009 Wisconsin Act 28, where the legislature directed the Building Commission to conduct a study of the state’s role in expanding access to dental education with a particular emphasis on increasing dental care in rural and underserved areas, including an examination of the possibility of construction of a new dental school in the city of Marshfield.
The RFP has been posted at: http://dhs.wisconsin.gov/rfp/
Proposals are due December 1, 2009 and oral presentations will be conducted December 7th and 8th, 2009 in Madison, Wisconsin. We would like to secure a contractor by January 1, 2010 so the entire study can be completed by March 15, 2010.
All interested applicants are encouraged to submit a proposal. Please feel free to share with all interested parties.
For further information regarding this RFP contact Marisa Stanley at (608) 266-0463 or Marisa.stanley@wisconsin.gov
