The Department of Workforce Development receives federal money from the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services and Agriculture; as a result we must comply with Federal Civil Rights laws and regulations.  Since this is the source of the funds you have received or will receive from DWD, you also, are required, as a condition of receipt of the funds, to comply with these same Civil Rights laws.

The information on this site is intended as a resource to the State and Federal Civil Rights laws and requirements. This site has information on policies, plan requirements, training materials and other references which support the DWD Civil Rights mission.
